Our First Review-Edam

Edam-from Holland ( that's in Europe!)

The Look-Outer thin wax covering with a peachy yellowish cheese color-shape square

The Smell-Lighter smell of American Cheese

The Cut-Hard to cut

The Taste-In the beginning it is very rough and dry, then after you eat it for awhile it turns creamy

WARNING DO NOT EAT WAX COVERING-EEEEEEEEEEECH!!!!!!!!
